Job Description
We have an opportunity for a passionate and talented Front-end Developer to join our team in Central London. You will work with us to develop high quality eCommerce websites enabling our customers to have the best possible experience in web technologies.
As a Front-end Developer, you would be responsible for developing interactive web based and/or mobile applications using industry best practices to deliver high value and quality to global markets clients. The Front-end Developer works closely with Project Managers to build highly efficient, user-friendly interfaces and eCommerce websites.
Required Skills & Experience
- HTML/CSS/SAAS
- Strong UI & UX skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer
- Experience working with PHP environment is a MUST
- Experience in creating your own WordPress themes
- Understanding and experience of Responsive Web Design and its limitations
- Thorough understanding of web design (typography, layouts, colours etc.) and grid systems
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently
Required Tools & Code
- Hands on experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation
- Highly competent in JavaScript and jQuery
- Highly competent in using Adobe Creative Suite Programs
- Wireframe programs (such as Sketch etc)
- Social network APIs (Facebook, Twitter etc)
- Highly competent in WordPress and WooCommerce
- Ability to use GIT Version Control
Salary based on experience and applicant. You MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position.
